We are a family operated business, each year we close office and factory for annual leave for 2 weeks.  This year we will close on 20/12/24 and reopen of 05/01/25.

Orders can be placed on our website, by phone or email. In most cases orders are despatched within a couple of days but please allow 4 – 7 working days. Please remember that payment must be made before we despatch any goods, so allow time for that as well.

We currently only have 100g bars listed on the website, please bear with us as we work through adding all of our products. In the meantime please contact us to order 25, 50, 150gram bars, and half & full logs.

Please be sure to make note of minimum order requirements. 25g guest soaps pack quantity 192 bars, 50g guest soaps pack quantity 96 bars, 100g soaps minimum of 5 per variety, half logs minimum of 2.

All orders must be paid in full prior to despatch.
Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or PayPal.

Bank details for direct deposits are on the invoice.

Freight anywhere in Australia, flat rate delivery of $25 + GST. All freight is fully traceable until order reaches destination. We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible but we are not responsible while stock is in transit. In the rare circumstances of freight arriving damaged we require notification and photos be emailed to us with in 24 hours of receiving delivery. We can forward these details to freight provider on your behalf.

Due to the nature of soap being handmade and hand cut there can be weight variations of a couple of grams either side of the published weight.

We can custom make requirements outside our normal range. Custom soaps need to be ordered in full log quantities of 48 soaps per batch. Pricing may vary from our normal range depending of alterations, additives, essential or fragrant oils. Customised orders do not follow our regular turnaround time. Full payment is required before production and as custom made soaps are not standard stock lines, orders can not be cancelled once production commenced.

If you require labels, 100g bars can be ordered with either Specialty Soap brand labels or The Mountain Bathhouse brand labels. Please be sure to select the correct label preference when ordering.

We can also customise labels to suit your business. Initial set up fee is $50. Customised label service cost is 15 cents per label, minimum 20 per variety. Please email us if you require customised labelling.

To set up your labels, we require that you send us your logo if applicable and/or any contact details that you would like on your label. Labels measure 63mm x 38mm.

Our handmade soap is made from scratch using only quality, all NATURAL INGREDIENTS. Blended vegetable oils and scented with only luxurious pure essential oils or high quality fragrance oils. We have a vast range of variations including goats milk, honey, clays and natural botanicals for exfoliating texture. We add no chemicals, phosphates, sodium lauryl sulphates or parabens.

In our hand crafted soap we use the cold process method in which all our ingredients are mixed at a low temperature. This process retains all the natural goodness of the base oils and essential oils. In the saponification process large quantities of natural glycerine is produced which remains in the final bar of soap.

All our soaps are very long lasting, produce an abundant creamy lather and leave skin feeling clean and fresh. Handmade soap does not strip your skin of its natural oils the way commercial products can. Try a bar of natural handmade soap and test for your self. Handmade soap has to be experienced to be appreciated fully.
