All Prices for these soaps are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

The Speciality Soap Shoppe reserves the right to change any product and services without prior notice.

There are discounts available as you purchase larger quantities.Cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product. Please refer to the eParcel page to obtain delivery costs.

Ordering

Order by phone or e-mail. Orders are usually turned around in 4 -7 working days. This works well if we have your requirements in stock at the time. We will only despatch goods which are in stock at the time and the balance will be sent when available or if you prefer hold order and send total order when completed. We will not despatch goods until full payment is made.

Please note:  If you need an order by a specific time please let us know in plenty of time. Please don’t leave it to the last minute.

This discount applies to our standard range and does not include any custom made soaps.

Labeling

We require a minimum of 5 cakes per variety for regular stock labeling

If you intend to resell for us on the long term we are happy to customise the label a label to suit your business. This may include a logo, special graphics or particular colouring to suit your needs. Because of the cost of these high grade glossy labels we use we require 10 cakes per variety. Graphic set has a small once only set up fee. Once your label is set up the cost of labeling is included in the price.

Payment

All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. We accept pay pal, direct deposit and money orders. If paying by pay pal send payment to: specialitysoapshoppe@yahoo.com.au If paying by direct deposit please advice us and we will provide bank account details.We now have over the phone credit card facility. Just phone us and we will process the credit card immediately. Once payment is made your order is packed and dispatched.

Goods and Services Tax

GST is included in our price list.

Freight and Insurance

Our price list does not include freight charges, but insurance against loss remains the responsibility of the purchaser.

We have negotiated excellent rates with Australia Post. We now have a full track and trace for every parcel over 500 gms. This means you can check the progress of your parcel at any stage of the journey any where in Australia. From the time it leaves our factory until it arrives at your address it is fully trackable, we e-mail you a tracking number which you can track with eParcel web site.

We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible but we are not responsible while stock in transit.

We always use Australia Post for deliveries as we have special business rates. Please advise if you will use your own courier.

Packaging

Unlike some businesses we do not charge for handling and packaging. We only charge for the post cartons and the postage rate that is in our eparcel contract

Disclaimer

In order to optimise the shelf life of our products we strongly recommend that they are stored in a dry, cool location. Heat and moisture can have a negative affect and reduce the life span of our products.
